MediTours (MT) is a startup building a global platform that empowers entrepreneurs by providi ng administrative tools, allowing them to focus on their expertise as they grow, innovate, or launch new ventures.
MT also integrates a fundraiser into every retreat package developed within a Global Accelerator, initially using Wellness and Medical Tourism to collect socially conscious partners. Each Travel Package will include a 1% tax receipted donation to be directed through the Sugar Bird Charitable Foundation and their humanitarian partners. Membership is open to professionals across numerous fields, including administration, IT, hospitality, travel, healthcare, and alternative medicine. Investigating Members have up to 12 months during this startup phase to conduct due diligence before deciding to join. A 15% booking fee applies only to confirmed retreat bookings.
After the due diligence period, members can choose an Annual Membership that includes business consulting, medical tourism facilitation, and access to discounted services such as merchant fees, fractional accounting and legal, along with international and local marketing. Members may opt to participate as Associate Members (using business services only) or as Full-Standing Members, contributing sweat equity toward ownership in the Multi-Stake Cooperative. In addition to the administration fee, members are able to pledge a portion of their services as equity, securing a bond that upholds their commitment to ethical, transparent, and sustainable business practices. It also serves as a record of their stake in the Ownership of the Coop and thus their return on investment (ROI).
For guests, MediTours ensures safe, cost-effective, and comfortable travel experiences, whether seeking healing retreats close to home or affordable medical treatments abroad. Providers pledge an ethically guaranteed bond, which may be elected by Members to evolve into a crypto-backed financial construct, ensuring trust and accountability beyond the current fiat systems.

The Way is designed as a global Accelerator currently using Fitness, Wellness Centres, Medical Tourism, the Sugar Bird Charitable foundation and some international partners to expand globally. Although just at the Startup Phase, this small business incubator fits any industry. The Way is using wellness and medical tourism as the vehicle to expand this organization world wide. The objective being to unite people across the globe who value contribution, integrity and ecological sustainability as essentials for humanity’s survival. The goal is to create a micro-economy, parallel to the world economy—a global community with business discounts, fractional services, and economies of scale utilizing a mentorship structure, Agile Pod's, blockchain and AI technology to decentralize its governance. The vision is to gather large and small businesses and altruistic individuals into a like-minded community that encourages collaboration through a Multi-Stake Cooperative owned by those who work in it. A cooperative that houses a small business incubator/accelerator. A place where businesses mentor businesses as they are mentored. A rising tide lifts all boats.
The Way is currently inviting businesses to join during their first year without a Membership Fee. As it continues to grow it will reduce that period to 6 months but always allow Investigators a period of time to vet our project before contributing a Membership Fee. This allows potential Members to perform their due diligence before making a commitment. Investigating Members are limited to networking, advertising, and collaborating with other Members. Although undesignated as a ChangeMaker, they can be part of various Wellness Packages, but only Members are designated and can access and/or provide assistance through the Business Accelerator or access the many discounted business products. Members are able to join at their local or the international level as The Way attracts business cohorts to collaborate in building retreat packages at home and abroad and contribute equity toward ownership and an ROI.
Investigating Members are designated as such and are able to access marketing and some basic discounts until they elect to become a Full-Standing Member, take an Oath of honest, transparency and sustainability and contribute equity toward a bond that backs their Oath.
Everybody’s Gym and Wellness Centre is the initial incarnation of The Way. The Way is entering into the third phase of its development with the second phase being the opening of Everybody’s Gym and Wellness Centre in the small tourist town of Drumheller, Alberta. The second phase involves gathering Practitioners and businesses in the service industry that will be more altruistic verses risk averse in this initial Startup Phase. They will comprehend the global picture and appreciate their is no entry cost, only the 20% Tour Operator charge applied when Retreats they are participating in are actually booked. The following are the areas in which Everybody’s Gym and Wellness Centre is seeking to attract Investigating and Contributing Members. All Contributing Members are able to have their contribution monetized and recorded as equity. At any time during their first year of investigation a business can become a Contributing Members and elect to access more of the Accelerator’s services, as they are invited to contribute sweat equity in a specified amount to back their Oath as they pay an Annual Membership Fee. Once their Bond is fully paid, they will be designated as Full Standing Members once they have provided the base amount of equity and taken their Oath of honesty and sustainability. Thereafter a negligible amount of their 20% fee will go toward their ever increasing equity.
Due to our creating an Accelerator, we are seeking more than just different types of Practitioners. We are looking to enrol a range of people from Bookkeepers, Lawyers, Customer Service Representatives, Tour Operators, traditional and alternative Doctors, Nutritionists, Hematologists, Energy Medicine Practitioners, and other Alternative Healing Arts, Massage Therapists, Aestheticians, SEO and other marketing and IT Specialists. The target for MT is to be fully operational, rating both Providers and Clients with a Five Star Rating System, providing Members with paid contracts, while taking an administration marketing fee, which includes a small forced savings and charging 1% onto all Medical Tourism contracts with the issuance of a CRA/IRS recognized donation receipt to be provided by the Sugar Bird Charitable Foundation or World Vision depending on what country it is being issued.
